RETURNS & FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a product is faulty, please follow the below procedure:
- Please advise us via email or phone and quote your invoice number (located in the top left hand corner below the ‘Ozzon’ logo).
- Please do not send returns before requesting a Return Authorisation number.
- Notification of a faulty item on delivery must be reported within 7 days of your delivery. After this period, any faulty item will be subject to that manufacturers warranty procedures and time frame. This differs between manufacturers. (Please contact us for further details. Please note, we are bound by the decisions made by the manufacturer and/or distributor of the product. The staff at www.ozzon.co.za do not make the decisions on whether a fault is covered under warranty).
- Any product that is faulty on delivery will be replaced. If we cannot replace the item, we offer you the choice of a refund, store credit or a suitable substitute.
- Photographic proof is generally satisfactory evidence to support a claim for a faulty product. If it is not possible to provide photographic proof of the fault, you will be required to return the product to us.
- After you have received your RA number you will be responsible for shipping the product to us (unless it was faulty on delivery). However, www.ozzon.co.za will cover the postage of the replacement for a faulty product.
Please note:
We DO NOT accept returns unless we have issued an RA number
After we receive a returned item (not faulty) we will refund the money, minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
Items discounted or on sale cannot be returned for exchange or refund because you have changed your mind. We will only accept these returns if the product was not as advertised or was faulty.
Please note that custom orders (for example tags and printed management tags) are not returnable
WARRANTY
Each product has its own manufacturer/distributor warranty policy. Please contact us for further details shall the information found in the product description on this website not suffice. Shall the product be faulty please refer to the Returns and Faulty products procedure on this website.
PRICING
In the rare instance that an error is made on the advertised price of a product below what it’s supposed to be, either on our website or in our catalogues, we reserve the right to correct the error.
