We rent out equipment on dry rate rate and wet rate. Dry rate mean the hirer will supply diesel and wet rate mean we ( Ozzon) will supply diesel

Equipment is fully charged Monday - Friday except for weekends. Minimum hours of work in a day are 9.0 hours. The operator will only stop time sheets incase of breakdown or special arrangement with the manager. 

Ozzon charges 50%  inclement on weather unless there are special arrangements with management.

All our rates are inclusive of operators. We provide our own operator for any machine we hire out. The hirer may decide to use their own qualified operators if they wish to.

Ozzon is responsible of service and maintenance of equipment inclusive of any mechanical breakdown onsite.

Subject to availability our delivery lead time for small equipment ( eg. bobcat, tlb, tipper truck etc) is 2 days and +- 3 days for equipment that needs abnormal load permits. 

Any breakdown should be reported early to the office and our support team would be onsite within 2 hours
