1. ORDER PROCESSING (1-3 Business Days)
STOCK ITEMS: All products that display the “in-stock” notice will be ready for collection within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 10am will only be processed for collection the next day, orders placed after 10am on a Friday will only be processed for collection the following Monday.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS: All products that does not display the “in-stock” notice will be ready for collection within 2-5 business days before the “Estimated Delivery Date” displayed on the product page, excluding holidays and weekends. If no “Estimated Delivery Date” is displayed, please contact us to find out when the item will be ready for collection.
2. ORDER DELIVERIES (2-5 Business Days)
SMALL ITEM FREE DELIVERIES (3-5 BDays): Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days after receiving the tracking email and WhatsApp notification.
Note: Free shipping is only valid for items that have the free shipping badge on the product page.
SMALL ITEM EXPRESS DELIVERIES (1-2 BDays): Delivery will take place within 1-3 working days after receiving the the tracking email and WhatsApp notification
If you fall under an outlying area, delivery may take 1 additional day
BIG ITEM DELIVERIES (3-5 BDays): Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days after receiving the delivery confirmation email from us.
If you fall under an outlying area, delivery may take 1 additional day
Note: Big Item deliveries are only applicable to items that weight more than 1 Ton.
3. DELIVERY TRACKING
SMALL ITEMS: All small items are delivered through trailer and bakkies with our inhouse transport.
BIG ITEMS: All Items above 8 Ton are delivered via 3 different logistics partners depending on the item size and off-loading preference. To receive your tracking number and link, please contact us.
4. INSURANCE
All orders includes GIT shipping insurance.
5. WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
Ozzon Plant has fulfilment branches in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Nelspruit and in Pietermaritzburg. Certain items will be shipped from different locations depending on stock availability.
